SHIPMENT
1. An item ordered on the NOAM.DESIGN site will be made to order within 1-2 weeks after the payment verification. NOAM LEATHER DESIGN will notify the customer of any delays to his order. After the item is manufactured and shipped, NOAM LEATHER DESIGN will notify the costumer of the shipment information.
2. Orders of 200 EUROS and over qualify for free worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs for orders under 200 EUROS:
Israel – 15 EUROS
Worldwide – 30 EUROS
3. Products purchased on the Website can be delivered in the place of the customer’s residence or that of any other individual of his choice residing in one of the following territories:

RETURNS
All items on the Website are made to order. At NOAM LEATHER DESIGN we take great care in the products we make, all handmade, and thoroughly inspect each of them before it is shipped.
Our products may be returned in their original condition and packaging, for and exchange or refund (less the lower of 5% of the item’s value or 100 NIS, as required by law), within a period of 14 days from receipt of the products ordered. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service by e-mail at the following address: [email protected]. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, to the following address with signature for delivery. For any return, please use a method with a shipping period similar to our shipping period (as quick as possible).
Items marked Sample Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
NOAM LEATHER DESIGN has the discretion to decide whether the products are in their original conditions when returned. If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, NOAM LEATHER DEIGN will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange.
NOAM LEATHER DESIGN will not be liable for any loss, sending to the wrong address or delay in delivery of a product that the customer wants to return.
