Refund policy

RETURNS

All items on the Website are made to order. At NOAM LEATHER DESIGN we take great care in the products we make, all handmade, and thoroughly inspect each of them before it is shipped. 

Our products may be returned in their original condition and packaging, for and exchange or refund , as within a period of 14 days from receipt of the products ordered. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service by e-mail at the following address: me@noam.design . Products must be returned in their original condition, to the stated address with tracked delivery. For any return, please use a method with a shipping period similar to our shipping period .

Items marked Sample Sale, and personally designed items cannot be exchanged or returned.

NOAM LEATHER DESIGN has the discretion to decide whether the products are in their original conditions when returned. If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, NOAM LEATHER DEIGN will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange.

NOAM LEATHER DESIGN will not be liable for any loss, sending to the wrong address or delay in delivery of a product that the customer wants to return.
